Witch followed and when her scent was hidden she mewed, "But I'm not leader."

Thorn smiled, "But your deputy but I can tell him too I guess" he meowed softly and crouched low so he was not seen at all.

The undergrowth shook and an orange tabby she-cat stepped out, closely followed by two other warriors and one apprentice. Jayfeather's ears twitched and her nose rinkled in disgust, "Bloodclan" she snarled softly. She looked around but couldn't tell where the scent was coming from.

Witch's pale amber coat was darkened in the rain and slid silently and invisibly to another part of the forest where BloodClan scent reeked worse and the scent surrounded the patrol. Morningstar snarled, "Show yourself!

Thorn growled and stepped out of the undergrowth to face teh patrol, "Why hello Morningstar, Jayfeather. How nice to see you" he meowed in a false sweet tone. "I do believe you are tresspassing on our territory" Jayfeather spat at him. Thorn shrugged, "What makes this territory yours? Last time i checked their wasn't a law that stated that we couldn't walk into this forest" he meowed casually all the while planning what to do.

Morningstar strutted towards him. Her chin bumped her chest and her forehead pushed against this. "Are you a kit? No. Your just a mouse-brained idiot!" Witch lept down and snarled at Jayfeather, "Why shouldn't we?"

Thorn isntantly went from false sweet to mean. He swatted at Morningstar's headknocking her away from his face, "Don't talk to me like that" he growled and lept at the leader. Jayfeather growled, "Because this is OUR territory!" she hissed and lept at Witch.

Morningcloud hadn't been named leader for nothing. She arched her back and bit Thorn's leg. She rolled onto her back and leapt up and clawed his underbelly.

Witch bit Jayfeather's throat and her reinforced claws slashed along her flank.

Jayfeather growled and began to kick and claw at Witch's underbelly, ferocious as a queen protecting her kits. Her fangs glinted as she bit down on Witch's shoulder. Thorn growled and rolled over smashing Morningstar and then felt someone rip him away from Morningstar. It was one of the otehr warriors. He hissed and yowled, "Witch, retreat!!" and bounded away. It was a useless fight, 5 against 2.

Witch turned and ran off with Thorn and spat to Jayfeather, "I won't go easy on you next time." Morningstar spat and yowled, "You'd better run!"

Thorn growled, "We need more cats when we invade. Most patrols have 3 cats at the least so we need to bring more cats with us" he meowed quickly to WItch as they ran. he hated retreating but what was he supposed to do? He couldn't take teh chance that WItch or him died. Bloodclan would go into chaos. He smiled then, "But Windclan is weak, want to try their?" he asked. He stopped by the place he had hidden his vole and grabbed it and slowed his pace to a more smooth pace.
